I hope you all had a very happy St. Patrick's day! We enjoyed it all weekend long with great food. Great green food. We also had Corned Beef, Cabbage, Green Jello, Carrots and Parsnips. A traditional favorite meal from my childhood! I love this holiday! On Monday we celebrated with Lindsi, Taylor and Alli at Arctic Circle. The boys loved wearing their green Lightning McQueen shirts. He's gotta be Irish!
